Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Line Worker to join our production team. In this role, you will be key in ensuring that products are assembled, inspected, and packaged to high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Follow specific assembly instructions to ensure consistency and quality.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
• Manage inventory of components used in the assembly process.
• Ensure that workstations are kept tidy and organized.
• Assist in training new employees on assembly line procedures.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address production challenges.
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors regarding workflow and productivity.
• Participate in safety drills and adhere to safety protocols.
• Help to implement lean manufacturing principles where possible.
• Drive best practices for quality assurance within the production team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience with operating production line machinery is a plus.
