Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team, oversee inventory control, and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency in our Cape Town facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor stock levels and perform regular inventory checks.
• Coordinate training programs for new employees.
• Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Assess and improve inventory management processes.
• Build relationships with suppliers and distribution partners.
• Report on warehouse performance metrics to management.
• Participate in budget planning and cost control initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a warehouse supervisory role or similar

Technical Skills

• Logistics Coordination

Advantageous
