Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive oral exams and diagnose issues.
• Implement treatment strategies for various dental conditions.
• Stay abreast of continuing education in dentistry.
• Work closely with dental assistants to ensure smooth operations.
• Advise patients about dental care after procedures.
• Participate in staff meetings and case discussions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the management of the dental office.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent
• Specialization in orthodontics or periodontics is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a dental practice

Technical Skills

• Oral diagnosis
• Surgical dentistry

Soft Skills

• Time management
• Empathy

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Current knowledge of dental technologies

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in orthodontics: Background in managing braces and other orthodontic treatments.
