Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will spearhead exciting initiatives in our Sandton office. This position demands a proactive approach to project execution, with a focus on mitigating risks, managing resources effectively, and ensuring stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline goals and deliverables.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Lead the project team through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Maintain a project schedule and facilitate collaboration across departments.
• Analyze project risks and devise contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
• Facilitate post-project evaluations to learn from both successes and failures.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related fields
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in handling projects across various domains

• Agile Project Management

Certifications

• PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
