Investment Banking Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Investment Banking Associate. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in capital markets to support mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings, and other strategic advisory projects. Working with a team of professionals, you'll develop financial presentations and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create financial analysis reports that include valuations and financial projections.
• Support senior bankers in strategic advisory capabilities.
• Engage in client communication to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Prepare for and participate in various deal structuring sessions with senior management.
• Contribute to a high-performance culture through collaboration and accountability.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Finance is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years in investment banking, private equity or corporate finance

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in M&A transactions: Hands-on experience managing M&A projects is a significant plus.
