Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Administrator to manage our healthcare facility in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, improving patient care services, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role requires an individual who can work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational management of the healthcare facility.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and policies.
  • Supervise administrative staff and healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinate with external healthcare agencies and stakeholders.
  • Develop initiatives to improve patient outcomes and care.
  • Manage budgets and funding for healthcare projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Public Health is a plus
