Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Leading Tech Solutions, you'll be responsible for providing first-class IT support to our staff and clients. You will troubleshoot hardware and software problems, maintain IT equipment, and ensure robust data backup and recovery protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Set up new user accounts and manage permissions.
  • Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any connectivity issues.
  • Prepare reports on IT asset usage and issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on IT best practices.
  • Collaborate with the IT team on special projects as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are advantageous

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or technical support role
