In this role, you will engage in system evaluations and facilitate projects aimed at maximising efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective engineering solutions that align with our operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to streamline production processes and improve efficiency.
• Utilise Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance workflow.
• Coordinate with quality assurance to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Document processes and system improvements for reference.
• Participate in cost-benefit analysis of proposed projects.
• Develop training programs for engineering staff on new systems.
• Promote safety and quality standards in manufacturing practices.
• Collaborate with supply chain management to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and present reports to management on project status.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering
