As an Industrial Engineer, you will analyze production processes, troubleshoot operational issues, and develop innovative solutions to optimize efficiency. This role demands strong analytical skills and a passion for engineering improvements, ensuring that we meet both our production targets and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production operations and make recommendations for efficiency improvements.
• Manage projects that aim to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Engage in root cause analysis and solve operational issues as they arise.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Evaluate new technologies and techniques to implement into processes.
• Assure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Work closely with suppliers to optimize materials and processes.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new tools and processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of extensive experience in industrial engineering or project management
