Responsibilities

• Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality within the team.
• Keep abreast of new testing tools and methodologies.
• Report directly to the QA Manager and provide updates on testing status.
• Collaborate on software design and architectural decisions to enhance testability.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance personal and team knowledge base.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in Quality Assurance with a focus on automation

Technical Skills

• Test Automation Tools
• API Testing

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Communication Skills

Certifications

• Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Cloud-Based Testing: Experience testing applications hosted on AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of Security Testing Practices: Understanding of the principles of security testing to ensure software safety.
