UX/UI Designer

Job Description

In the role of UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that enhance user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers and developers to define user requirements and iterate designs based on feedback. Your main focus will be on ensuring that our digital products are visually appealing, intuitive, and easy to navigate, driving engagement and satisfaction among users.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify and troubleshoot design challenges for continuous improvement.
• Develop design specifications and guidelines to ensure high-quality designs are delivered.
• Create and maintain documentation of design processes and decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interactive Design or similar
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years in UX/UI design
