Job Description

As a Public Health Officer, you will be responsible for executing health programs and policies that cater to the needs of our community. You will conduct health education programs, assess community health trends, and work collaboratively to implement initiatives aimed at improving public health outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead community outreach efforts to enhance public health knowledge.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address community health needs.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders about health program impact.
  • Enhance data collection methods to improve program outcomes.
  • Organize and participate in community health events and screenings.
  • Implement feedback from community members to improve health services.
  • Ensure all health activities comply with local health regulations.
  • Educate the public on health rights and resources available.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or Sociology
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in health program development and evaluation
