Job Description

As a Registered Nurse at Healthcare Services of Pretoria, you will play a critical role in patient care. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled individual who can work well under pressure and is dedicated to improving patient experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient-centered care and support to enhance patients’ overall wellbeing.
  • Perform routine medical tasks, including administering injections and IV infusions.
  • Monitor and document patient's conditions and progress.
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
  • Engage in continuous education to improve nursing skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with the coordination of patient discharges and follow-up care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the nursing team.
  • Support healthcare technology integration in practice.
  • Advocate for patient health and needs within the healthcare community.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Nursing
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing is an advantage
Experience
  • Prior experience in a hospital environment is preferred
