Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing various construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the engineering design process for construction projects.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop management plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental and safety standards.
  • Prepare cost estimates and budgets.
  • Review and approve project changes and amendments.
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
  • Perform quality assurance and quality control checks.
  • Liaise with clients to discuss project requirements and progress.
  • Implement innovative solutions to engineering challenges.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in civil engineering field with project management experience
