Job Description

Join our team as a Corporate Accountant where you will be responsible for planning and executing the financial closing process, preparing reports, and advising on financial implications of business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage financial transactions and oversee accounts payable and receivable.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies.
• Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and best practices.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• CA(SA) or relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
