Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department in Pretoria. In this role, you will manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while enhancing our organizational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR team in executing HR strategies that enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Conduct employee surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to improve hiring processes.
  • Provide counseling and conflict resolution assistance to employees and management.
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends and employment legislation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand HR needs.
  • Maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree or HR certification is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management or a related role
