Job Description

We are seeking an HR Manager to lead our HR operations in Pretoria. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute HR policies that support the organization's culture.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including job postings and interviews.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Design and deliver training programs tailored to organizational needs.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Evaluate and enhance employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gain insights on workforce dynamics.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
  • Foster a supportive workplace environment that promotes diversity.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
