Responsibilities

Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.

Evaluate and enhance employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.
Conduct exit interviews to gain insights on workforce dynamics.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Master's degree is preferred
