Responsibilities

• Draft and refine designs based on client feedback and practical considerations.
• Perform environmental sustainability assessments for projects.
• Work on 3D rendering and visualization for client presentations.
• Engage in collaborative design workshops with the team.
• Oversee the accuracy of plans and specifications.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage procurement of materials.
• Participate in design reviews and offer constructive feedback.
• Ensure all project documentation is organized and up to date.
• Monitor on-site activities to ensure design integrity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp
• Sustainable Design

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
