• Prepare detailed variance analysis reports to monitor performance.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Support the implementation of financial software and reporting tools.
• Continue professional development to stay updated on financial best practices.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members on financial analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or professional certification such as CFA or CPA is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
