We are on the lookout for an Industrial Engineer with a passion for process optimization and efficiency improvements to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying inefficiencies in current manufacturing systems, implementing solutions, and ensuring continuous improvement of processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engineered systems.
• Prepare detailed documentation on processes and studies.
• Train staff on new processes and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in Engineering management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
