Job Description

As an Accountant at Finance Corp Ltd., you will play a crucial role in our financial operations. Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and coordinate with auditors.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with cash management.
• Ensure financial records are kept in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Assist in the implementation of new accounting software and systems.
• Participate in training and mentorship of junior staff.
• Map out financial trends and provide strategic recommendations.
• Assist in fundraising efforts and financial planning.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Master's degree in Finance is preferred

Experience

• At least 4-5 years of experience in corporate accounting
