Job Description

We're looking for a driven Sales Associate to join our team in Pretoria. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their requirements, and ensuring they have a pleasant shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Track sales performance and report to the Sales Manager.
• Contribute to achieving departmental goals by working collaboratively with the sales team.
• Utilize sales technology and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales initiatives.
• Provide input on customer trends and preferences to management.
• Participate in community engagement and outreach programs to promote the brand.

Requirements

Education

• Matric / Senior Certificate
• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Management is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a sales position, preferably in retail

Technical Skills

• Point of Sale (POS) Systems
• Market Analysis

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans: Ability to communicate effectively in both languages is advantageous.
• Experience with customer loyalty programs: Previous experience with loyalty systems is a plus.
