Job Description

We are searching for a Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading project teams, liaising with stakeholders, and delivering successful outcomes within time and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution and manage day-to-day operations.
• Establish project KPIs and monitor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage and motivate project team members to achieve high performance.
• Negotiate with vendors and stakeholders to secure necessary resources.
• Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• PMP or similar certification is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in project management

• MS Project
• Risk Management

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
