Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Physics Teacher to join our educational team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will inspire students to embrace the wonders of physics and science through innovative teaching methods and hands-on experiments.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging and interactive lesson plans and assessments.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress regularly.
• Conduct after-school tutoring sessions for students needing additional support.
• Collaborate with the education team to integrate technology in the classroom.
• Participate actively in school events and parent-teacher meetings.
• Inspire students to develop a lifelong love for learning and science.
• Implement STEM projects to enhance experiential learning.
• Encourage critical thinking through problem-solving challenges.
• Use feedback from students to improve teaching methods.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Master's degree in Physics is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of teaching experience, preferably in high school physics
