Job Description

We are looking for passionate ESL Tutors to help non-native speakers learn and improve their English language skills. This role involves crafting engaging lesson plans, delivering interactive classes, and providing one-on-one support to students from various backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Design curriculum and instructional materials tailored for ESL learners.
• Incorporate technology and multimedia resources into lesson delivery.
• Facilitate group discussions and language activities.
• Assess and record student outcomes and report findings to management.
• Foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
• Provide tutoring and extra support to students needing additional help.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress.
• Prepare students for language proficiency tests, if applicable.
• Implement feedback from performance reviews to continuously improve teaching practices.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote language learning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or relevant field
• Optional: Further certifications in language education

Experience

• Experience in teaching English to diverse age groups is a plus
