You will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs, overseeing project execution, and ensuring compliance with building regulations. A keen eye for aesthetics and strong communication skills are paramount for success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine architectural design concepts.
• Create architectural drawings and models using design software.
• Work closely with contractors and city planners throughout project development.
• Ensure that all project deliverables are met on time.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including project managers, consultants, and clients.
• Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments.
• Assist in obtaining relevant permits and approvals.
• Evaluate and implement sustainable building practices.
• Produce high-quality visual presentations for client approvals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistent client communication.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Masters’s degree or professional license preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design
