We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have experience in testing software applications, ensuring functionality and reliability. You'll play a crucial role in our development process.

Responsibilities

• Design testing strategies and frameworks to ensure robust software quality.
• Report defects and track them through to resolution.
• Execute performance testing and analyze results for bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing processes.
• Provide training and support for junior QA staff.
• Continuously assess and improve existing QA processes and methodologies.
• Evaluate and recommend testing tools and platforms.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant field
• Certification in Agile methodologies preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in QA or software testing

Technical Skills

• API Testing
• Performance Testing Tools

Certifications

• Agile Tester Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams and utilizing Agile tools.
