Job Description

As our Quality Assurance Analyst, you will work closely with other team members to implement testing procedures that ensure our software solutions are reliable and user-friendly. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and quality.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design reviews and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards during the software development lifecycle.
• Mentor and support team members in software testing practices.
• Prepare detailed reports on testing activities and outcomes.
• Conduct performance testing to assess application speed and responsiveness.
• Facilitate communication between various departments regarding quality issues.
• Challenge assumptions and identify potential risks in software releases.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Certifications in Agile or Scrum methodologies are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software validation and testing

Technical Skills

• API Testing
• Performance Testing Tools

Certifications

• Agile Certified Tester

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience using Selenium WebDriver: Hands-on experience with automation testing using Selenium.
