Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of engineering projects and ensure they align with company objectives.
• Establish and enforce project deadlines and schedules.
• Analyze performance data to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Spearhead communication between various stakeholders.
• Coordinate efforts of project team to ensure efficient progress against milestones.
• Implement project management tools and best practices.
• Conduct project evaluations and assess outcomes post-completion.
• Support teams in resolving any project-related challenges and obstacles.
• Collect feedback upon project completion and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or Engineering is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in related field

Experience

• 7+ years of engineering project management experience preferred

Certifications

• Certified Project Manager (CPM)
