Join our dynamic team as a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, or Tender. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various mixing and blending equipment, ensuring seamless production processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of mixing and blending systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all operations.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality.
• Support production goals by working collaboratively with other operators.
• Evaluate and report any defects or inefficiencies in the production line.
• Optimize mixes by adjusting formulas based on feedback.
• Instruct junior operators on best practices and operational techniques.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Certificate in Manufacturing or Production Management preferred

Experience

• Experience in equipment maintenance and repair preferred

• PLC Programming

Certifications

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
