Responsibilities

• Establish project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct field surveys and analyses for site layouts.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
• Document and archive architectural designs and changes.
• Attend meetings with clients and project teams to discuss progress.
• Research and apply innovative architectural practices.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of architectural design experience

Technical Skills

• 3D Rendering Software
• GIS Software

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Architectural Technology Certification (ATC)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Experience with design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of landscape architecture: Familiarity with landscape design principles and integration.
