We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, structural analysis, and design. You will be involved in planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and planning phases of civil projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop project strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients about project details.
• Ensure environmentally sustainable practices are followed.
• Assess and recommend improvements to existing structures.
• Participate in community consultations related to projects.
• Gather and interpret project data for reports.
• Track project outcomes and provide feedback for future projects.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical advice.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of related experience

Technical Skills

• Civil Engineering Design
• Geotechnical Engineering

Certifications

• South African Council for Professional Engineers (SACPE) registration

Languages

• English: Fluent
