Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Horticultural Specialty Farming Supervisor to oversee daily farming operations. The successful candidate will ensure that crops are planted, harvested, and maintained in alignment with industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead a team of specialists and laborers to achieve production targets.
• Implement sustainable farming practices and promote environmentally friendly techniques.
• Manage farm equipment maintenance and ensure all machinery is operational.
• Conduct quality assessments of crops and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Create detailed reports on production metrics and present findings to management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field
• Master’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in horticultural or specialty crop farming operations
