Job Description

We are seeking skilled Textile Bleaching and Dyeing Machine Operators to enhance our production team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for textile processing, ensuring high-quality dyeing solutions are delivered to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of dyeing solutions based on specific color requirements.
• Conduct tests and color matching to meet quality standards.
• Supervise the dyeing process and adjust parameters as necessary.
• Ensure effective communication with the quality control team.
• Document and report any discrepancies in the dyeing process.
• Participate in safety and training workshops regularly.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Textile or Chemical Engineering preferred

Experience

• Experience with cotton, wool, and synthetic fibres dyeing is preferred.

• Dyeing Techniques Knowledge

Advantageous

• Experience in managing a team: Proven experience in supervising dyeing assistants or production staff.
