As an Architect at our Johannesburg office, you will lead diverse design projects, engage with clients, and collaborate across teams to deliver innovative structures that meet the evolving demands of the urban environment. Responsibilities

• Develop and refine architectural drawings and plans using modern design software.
• Engage in community feedback sessions to improve design proposals.
• Ensure all project documentation is clear, complete, and updated regularly.
• Participate in site visits and meetings to monitor construction progress and quality.
• Prepare competition submissions for high-profile projects to elevate company presence.
• Assist in developing project timelines and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Engage with local authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals.
• Analyze building regulations and zoning laws to guide project feasibility.
• Utilize sustainable design practices to minimize environmental footprint.
• Foster client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in architectural management and design
