Job Description

We are seeking an E-commerce Manager to oversee our online sales strategies and optimize the user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and team management. You'll be responsible for driving online sales growth and ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Drive e-commerce growth through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate and improve user experience through feedback and analytics.
  • Develop partnerships with affiliate marketers and influencers.
  • Train team members on e-commerce tools and systems.
  • Implement strategies for customer retention and loyalty programs.
  • Manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Master's degree is an asset
Experience
  • 5+ years in a digital marketing or e-commerce role with management experience
Technical Skills
  • Digital Marketing Tools (AdWords, Facebook Ads)
