Responsibilities

• Ease negotiations with stakeholders and ensure favorable deal terms.
• Represent the firm at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Manage client portfolios effectively, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to close transactions.
• Conduct due diligence as part of the investment process.
• Document and communicate investment strategies effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or financial services.
