Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead various projects in Cape Town. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of project life-cycle from initiation through to closure.
• Manage project documentation and maintain records for audits.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project teams.
• Utilize project management tools to track performance metrics.
• Mentor and guide project team members for professional growth.
• Prepare for project presentations and manage Q&A sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• PMP certification is a strong advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management
