Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to inform project decisions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements.
• Support project implementation by ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Prepare presentations and reports for project updates.
• Work with IT teams to ensure technical feasibility of solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role with a focus on IT
