Job Description

As a Field Researcher, you will conduct interviews, surveys, and observations while working closely with various stakeholders. You'll play a vital role in collecting data that drives our initiatives, ensuring the research process is well-documented and adheres to ethical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with community members and stakeholders during data collection.
  • Evaluate and report on research effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing research proposals and grant applications.
  • Support the development of educational materials based on research findings.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Psychology, or a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Research Methods is preferable
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research
