Job Description

As an Internal Auditor at Adept Auditors, you will play a crucial role in assessing and enhancing the effectiveness of our clients' internal controls and risk management processes. You will conduct audits, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute financial audits to assess compliance and risk management.
• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Prepare and review audit working papers and reports.
• Liaise with external auditors to facilitate audits.
• Provide recommendations to enhance internal policies.
• Support organizational goals by providing audit analysis and advice.
• Conduct special audits and investigations as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant audit experience

Technical Skills

• Data Analysis
• Audit Software Proficiency

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in risk management frameworks: Understanding of COSO and other risk management standards.
• Ability to lead audit projects: Experience leading teams in audit engagements.
