Civil Engineer

Job Description

Looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to contribute to exciting projects in Cape Town. Your role will involve project management, design, and implementation of engineering strategies while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure all designs meet required standards and regulations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to discuss project requirements.
• Prepare engineering reports and documentation for regulatory approvals.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide training on best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering

• Civil Engineering Software

Certifications

• Certified Project Manager (CPM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
