We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst who will play a crucial role in financial forecasting and analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports, conducting variance analysis, and offering insights into financial performance, all while working in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate financial models to forecast future performance.
• Implement financial analysis tools and reporting systems.
• Prepare presentations for management outlining financial analyses.
• Review financial discrepancies and work with the accounting team to resolve them.
• Assist in audits and prepare audit materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• MBA is a strong advantage

Experience

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in financial roles

Certifications

• CMA certification is a plus
