Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Civil Project Coordinator to oversee a variety of civil engineering projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless collaboration between stakeholders, manage project timelines, and enforce quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate resources and manage contractors and subcontractors.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure delivery against project milestones.
  • Engage with local authorities and stakeholders to address any project-related concerns.
  • Document project progress and prepare reports for management.
  • Train and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience in civil engineering
Technical Skills
  • AutoCAD
  • Microsoft Project

Certifications
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages
