Job Description

The Boilermaking Supervisor will oversee a team of boilermakers and be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordination across departments, mentorship, and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the boilermaking team to achieve production targets.
• Develop project timelines and allocate resources accordingly.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and implement necessary corrections.
• Monitor quality control throughout the production process.
• Foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve any conflicts or issues within the team proactively.
• Prepare regular progress reports for management.
• Implement tools and technologies that improve efficiency.
• Assist in budget management and cost control measures.
• Encourage continuous learning and skill development among team members.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Engineering or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
