Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of accounting data.
• Prepare and present monthly finance meetings.
• Oversee payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Coordinate with external auditors and stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with accounting software and practices.
• Review and recommend improvements to financial processes.
• Act as a point of contact for client financial inquiries.
• Prepare documentation for budget analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA are preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

• QuickBooks
