Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Training and Development Manager to oversee the creation and implementation of training programs that meet the specific needs of our clients. This role is crucial for ensuring that employees are well-equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to evaluate training programs' effectiveness.
  • Create engaging materials for various training formats, including in-person and e-learning.
  • Monitor the latest trends in employee training and development.
  • Enhance the internal training framework to improve efficiency.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to upskill the workforce.
  • Assess training impact and modify programs based on participant feedback.
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees regarding training opportunities.
  • Develop partnerships with educational institutions for ongoing training.
  • Conduct individual performance assessments to map training needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is an advantage
Experience
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record.
