Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary beauty services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Guide clients on aftercare and home maintenance for treatments.
• Keep the salon's workspace and treatment rooms organized and presentable.
• Assist in the training of new staff members.
• Regularly assess and maintain salon supplies and products.
• Engage with clients to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Promote salon products and services to maximize sales.
• Attend workshops and courses to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology

Experience

• 2-5 years experience in a salon or beauty environment

• Hair Styling

Certifications

• Certificate in Makeup Artistry

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
