Responsibilities

• Offer personal care and assistance to clients in their daily routines.
• Ensure clients’ comfort through regular check-ins and companionship.
• Help clients with medical equipment and devices as needed.
• Document care provided on daily reports.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client care plans.
• Support clients in social and recreational activities.
• Assist with household tasks such as laundry and light cleaning.
• Follow tailored care plans set by healthcare professionals.
• Report any changes in clients' conditions to the supervisor.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or higher
• Certification as a Home Health Aide is preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in home health care or related field is advantageous
