• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• Experience in retail management is preferred
• Sales Management Proficient in managing sales teams and driving sales growth.
• Inventory Management Strong ability to manage inventory and reduce shrinkage.
• Leadership Demonstrated experience in leading teams effectively.
• Customer Service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English (Fluent)

• Experience in e-commerce management: Familiarity with online retail platforms and digital customer service.
